Textron Inc. has appointed Brian Rohloff as President and CEO of its Textron Aviation segment, effective August 31, 2026, as Ron Draper retires after more than 27 years with the company.
Rohloff brings extensive experience across Textron Aviation, having held leadership roles spanning customer support, sales, supply chain, and quality. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Customer Support, overseeing the company’s global customer support operations.
His previous positions include Vice President of Quality, Vice President of Sales, Senior Product Director for the Citation XLS+ and Citation X, and Director of Paint Operations.
Draper is retiring after eight years at the helm of Textron Aviation. His departure follows a career of more than 27 years with Textron. Rohloff is a graduate of Wichita State University.
