Who are the best Inspiration persons for you in both Personal & Professional Life? What are the lessons you learnt from them?

In the hangar of leadership, two beacons guided my ascent – H.R. Jagannath, AIESL’s former visionary, and my father, grit personified. Jagannath wasn’t just a CEO, he molded steel and minds, forging a culture of excellence and unwavering belief. I learned the symphony of diverse talents united by a shared dream. From my father, etched in his calloused hands and unwavering gaze, came resilience, integrity, and the unwavering resolve to face any storm. These two, so different, fueled my climb, shaping the leader I am, forever grateful for their silent echoes in my every decision.

Can you share one nostalgic moment in the process of becoming successful in your journey?

As AIESL’s CEO, a defining moment in our organizational spirit occurred during the pre-disinvestment era of Air India. Facing a crisis of 20 grounded aircraft, our team, a diverse blend of engineers and support staff, showcased remarkable resilience. Despite immense pressure and high stakes involving reputation, safety, and finances, we embraced the challenge. The MRO hangar became our haven, sacrificing personal schedules for relentless troubleshooting and repairs. Sleep became a luxury as we pushed our limits, fueled by camaraderie and a shared goal. Eventually, through collective effort, each aircraft soared again, symbolizing our unwavering commitment to teamwork and resilience. This unforgettable experience remains a testament to AIESL’s enduring spirit.

What are the best quotes still you follow in your day to life?

As CEO of AI Engineering Services, I live by a few guiding quotes that shape my approach to leadership and our work in maintenance, repair, and overhaul. ‘Safety first, quality always’ underscores our responsibility in aviation. ‘Innovation distinguishes leaders’ keeps us agile in a dynamic industry.

How do you feel when you get awards/recognitions for your work?

Awards gleam on shelves, but AIESL’s true treasure shines in silent skies. Sure, trophies applaud, but our reward echoes in each soaring dream, in every life connected. We mend metal giants, not for accolades, but for smooth takeoffs, pilot’s nods, and whispers of “thank you.” It’s not gold or praise that fuels us, but the knowledge we keep dreams aloft, guardians unseen, yet vital as the air they fly through.

What is your message to young entrepreneurs who wish to become influencers?

As the CEO of AIESL, my advice to aspiring entrepreneurs seeking to become influencers is rooted in our journey at AI Engineering Services. Embrace innovation, stay resilient in the face of challenges, and prioritize building a strong, collaborative team. Influence is earned through dedication, continuous learning, and a commitment to excellence. Stay true to your values, lead with integrity, and let your passion drive your impact. In the dynamic world of MRO and aviation, success comes from a blend of expertise, adaptability, and a visionary mindset. Seize opportunities, inspire others, and remember that true influence is a reflection of positive impact and leadership
