Who are the best Inspiration persons for you in both Personal & Professional Life? What are the lessons you learnt from them?
In the professional life, my father, Sanjay Ghodawat has been my enduring source of inspiration. He started from nothing and built our diverse businesses with extreme limitation of resources and talent. I was just 19 years old, and through working closely with him has given me invaluable lessons that continue to guide me through daily challenges. When it comes to my personal life, I draw inspiration from my mother Neeta and my wife Salloni. They are both strong women who have not only been a support system but have worked shoulder to shoulder with me and my father to build Sanjay Ghodawat Group.
Can you share one nostalgic moment in the process of becoming successful in your journey?
The journey of entrepreneurship is filled with various nostalgic, career changing and path breaking moments. I have so many of them, specially of all the failures as they have taught me the most. One of them that immediately comes to my mind is of building my own Renewable Energy O&M business from scratch and turning it into a profitable company. Its rightly said, “Few things rival the exquisite taste of hard-earned success.”
What are the best quotes you follow in your day to life?
There are two quotes or mantras that inspire me greatly:
“Don’t expect to be motivated every day to get out there and make things happen. You won’t be. Don’t count on motivation, count on Discipline.”
“Worry about your character, not your reputation. Your character is who you are. Your reputation is who people think you are.”
How do you feel when receiving awards or recognition for your work?
It always gives me feeling of gratitude while receiving any recognition or appreciation. But they are the results of team work and not of any one individual. Acknowledgment serves as a powerful tool to keep pushing boundaries, validating our efforts in making a positive impact on our customers and society we aim to serve.
What message do you have for young entrepreneurs aspiring to become influencers?
To young entrepreneurs aspiring to become influencers, my advice is centred around authenticity and perseverance. Stay true to your values, showcase your unique perspective, and be patient in building your own brand. Always remember that “Rome wasn’t built in a Day”. Learn from setbacks, stay adaptable, and prioritize creating a positive impact through your influence.

Star Air became India’s largest regional airline recently. Star Air Launches New Routes from Shivamogga to Hyderabad, Tirupati, and Goa and Ajmer (Kishangarh) & Hyderabad to Pune. Star Air has been awarded with 40 new routes under the centre’s UDAN 5.0
