Who are the best Inspiration persons for you in both Personal & Professional Life? What are the lessons you learnt from them?

In both my personal and professional life, my greatest inspirations have been my grandparents and Mr. Amod Kelkar, my former boss.

From my grandparents, I imbibed invaluable life lessons, with two principles standing out prominently. Firstly, the unwavering belief that there is no substitute for hard work; it is the cornerstone of success in any endeavor. Secondly, the profound understanding that giving back to society is not just a responsibility but a privilege. These principles have guided me through personal challenges and instilled a sense of social responsibility that goes beyond individual success.

In my professional journey, Mr. Amod Kelkar has been a beacon of inspiration. His leadership style, characterized by a combination of hard work, humility, and groundedness, has left an indelible mark on me. He taught me that no matter how far one progresses in their career, staying connected to one’s roots and being humble is essential. His mentorship has not only shaped my approach to work but has also influenced my perspective on leadership and teamwork.

The lessons from my grandparents and Mr. Amod Kelkar form the core of my values, influencing how I navigate challenges, interact with colleagues, and contribute to both professional and societal spheres. They serve as a constant reminder that success is not only measured by personal achievements but also by the positive impact one can make on others and the community.

What are the best quotes still you follow in your day to life?

The quote by Steve Jobs, “The only way to do great work is to love what you do,” encapsulates a philosophy that has become a guiding principle in my day-to-day life. It goes beyond a mere professional mantra; rather, it is a profound insight into the essence of meaningful and impactful work. Ultimately, this quote encourages a holistic approach to work, emphasizing not only the pursuit of success but also the importance of finding joy and fulfillment in the journey. It resonates with the idea that when passion fuels your efforts, the quality of your work becomes a reflection of that genuine love, leading to outcomes that transcend mere achievement and contribute to a fulfilling and meaningful professional life

How do you feel when you get awards/recognitions for your work?

One valuable lesson I’ve learned is that hard work is inevitably rewarded, whether it’s sooner or later. It’s natural to feel disheartened if recognition doesn’t come immediately, but the key is to persevere in your efforts. By continuing the work without expecting immediate rewards, you create an environment where genuine dedication shines through. Often, it’s when you least expect it that the recognition comes, and that moment is particularly rewarding precisely because it wasn’t anticipated.

What is your message to young entrepreneurs who wish to become influencers?

Believe unwaveringly in your passion and endeavors, and success will inevitably follow. Remember that becoming an influencer transcends mere social media metrics; it’s about positively impacting lives. Strive to be a source of assistance and knowledge for others. By consistently helping people and sharing valuable insights, you’ll embody the essence of an influencer from day one. Your genuine commitment to making a difference will resonate far beyond the digital realm, establishing you as a true influencer in the lives of those you touch.
